The US Youth Soccer National Grassroots Curriculum (NGC) is the first-of its-kind national player development curriculum for recreational soccer coaches, built by the experts at US Youth Soccer and available exclusively on MOJO.

Coaches don’t have to plan a thing — and the practices are guaranteed to be fun and effective. And the curriculum is all-new for fall 2023.

How do I access US Youth Soccer practice plans?

You can browse the USYS practice plans from the Home tab.

• On the Home tab, scroll to the section titled “Browse Practice Content.” Select Practice Plans and scroll down to  “US Youth Soccer.” Tap to see all of the plans that are suggested for your team.

To add a USYS practice plan to your schedule:

• Tap into an upcoming practice from your schedule. You can access upcoming practices in the Home tab in the “Up Next” section, or from the Schedule tab. (If you don’t have an upcoming practice scheduled, you’ll need to add one. Just tap the “+” icon on top right of the Home or Schedule tabs.)
• When you tap into a practice, tap “Select a Focus Area”
• Scroll down to “US Youth Soccer” to see the entire grassroots development curriculum.
• Tap on the practice plan you’d like to use and you’ll be ready to go! The plan will automatically adjust to the length of your practice.

You can also replace any existing practice with a USYS practice plan. From an existing practice, just tap Browse, then Practice Plans, scroll down to “US Youth Soccer” and tap “+ Use Practice Plan.”
