When you sign up for the NFL Flag Digital Training Camp, you, along with NFL FLAG coaches, will help your player develop the flag football skills that will change their game: throwing deep, catching bombs, running routes and shutting it down on defense. 

We guarantee your player will get better, faster — in fact, as much as 34 percent better on core metrics. 

All this, from the comfort of your own backyard or park.

Each week, we focus on one aspect of the game. You’ll receive an email with one 20-minute training session per day, with two or three drills that teach kids the skills they need to perform on the field. 

This is pre-season training like you’ve never experienced it before.

Week 1: Throwing Deep

Aspiring QB1s hone throwing accuracy and develop distance.

Players will practice: 

  • Getting a grip on the ball
  • Throwing at targets
  • Moving around in the pocket

You’ll need: 

  • 7 cones
  • 1 football
  • 2 tennis balls

Week 2: Catching Bombs

Catching isn’t just for receivers. Quick, strong, reliable hands make for a trusted teammate.

Players will practice: 

  • Handling the ball
  • Tracking passes
  • Catching from every angle

You’ll need: 

  • 2 cones
  • 1 football
  • 2 tennis balls

Week 3: Running Routes

An unstoppable passing offense is built on airtight footwork and clean routes.

Players will practice:

  • Cutting
  • Mastering routes
  • Evading defenders

You’ll need: 

  • 10+ cones
  • 1 football
  • 1 agility ladder 
  • 2 dish towels
  • Tape or chalk

Week 4: Shutting It Down

Agility, speed, footwork and flag-pulling are the building blocks of a killer defense. 

Players will practice: 

  • Flag-pulling
  • Moving laterally
  • Mental toughness

You’ll need: 

  • 13 cones
  • 1 tennis ball
  • 2 flags or dish towel

At the end of each week, do a quick drill, send us your score and MOJO will tell you how your player stacks up.
